1. Introduction

DDPRINT N PACKAGING PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to fair and transparent dealings with our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be issued. Our company is registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U22219UP2022PTC169147.

2. Order Cancellation by Customer

2.1 Before Production

If you wish to cancel your order before production has commenced, you may do so by contacting us in writing (email to [email protected]). A full refund of any advance payment will be processed, minus any non-refundable costs already incurred (e.g., design work, special materials ordered). Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2.2 After Production Has Started

Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible as printing and packaging orders typically involve custom work. If cancellation is requested after production has started, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. You may be liable for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

2.3 Custom Orders

Orders involving custom designs, special sizes, or unique specifications are generally non-cancellable once the design has been approved and production has been initiated. Please review all proofs and specifications carefully before confirming.

3. Cancellation by DDPRINT N PACKAGING

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond agreed terms
  • Inability to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Customer provides incorrect or fraudulent information
  • Order violates our terms or applicable law

In such cases, any advance payment will be refunded in full, unless we have incurred non-recoverable costs.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Pre-production cancellation: As per Section 2.1 above
  • Our cancellation: As per Section 3 above
  • Defective or incorrect delivery: If we deliver products that are materially defective or do not match the agreed specifications, we will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt with evidence (e.g., photographs).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after production has commenced
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that are within industry-standard tolerances
  • Damage caused by the customer or during transit by the customer's chosen courier
  • Claims raised after 7 days of delivery

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order reference and reason for refund
  2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

For payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree) transactions, refunds will be credited to the same account/card used for payment. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund (e.g., for minor defects, delayed delivery). The amount will be determined based on the nature of the issue and our discretion.
