This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we handle delivery, timelines, and related matters. Our company is registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U22219UP2022PTC169147.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver across India. Our registered office and production facility are located at C 385, First Floor, Sector 10, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India - 201301.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on:

  • Product type: Standard printing jobs may take 5–10 business days; custom packaging may take 10–21 business days or more depending on complexity.
  • Order size: Bulk orders may require additional production time.
  • Location: Delivery to NCR and nearby regions is typically faster; pan-India delivery may take 3–7 additional business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supplier issues) will be communicated promptly.

4. Shipping Methods

We use reputable courier and logistical partners for delivery. Shipping method and cost will be confirmed at the time of order. Options may include:

  • Surface/surface express for standard delivery
  • Express delivery for urgent orders (subject to availability and additional charges)

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on order weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact amount will be communicated before order confirmation. For orders above a certain value (as specified at the time of order), we may offer free or subsidized shipping.

6. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received (as per agreed terms), we begin production. You will receive updates at key stages:

  • Order confirmation
  • Production started
  • Dispatched (with tracking details, if available)

7. Tracking

When available, we will provide tracking information for your shipment. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please ensure your contact details (phone and email) are correct for delivery coordination.

8. Delivery and Receipt

Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order. It is your responsibility to ensure the address is accurate and complete. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt. For concealed damage, notify us within 24 hours with photographs.

9. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address. Until delivery, we bear the risk of loss. In case of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue; replacement or refund may be offered as per our Refund Policy.

10. Pickup Option

For customers in and around Noida/NCR, we may offer pickup from our facility by prior arrangement. Please contact us at [email protected] to inquire.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for enquiries.
