4. Quotations and Orders

Quotations provided by us are valid for the period stated therein. Orders are binding only upon our written acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation or invoice. We may require advance payment or a deposit for certain orders. Late payments may attract interest as per applicable law.
